Performance Health: Have made 2 appointments to try to get cryotherapy sessions.

June 10: After departing for facility (45 minutes away) @ a short distance from the facility &15 minutes prior to appointment get call that appointment cancelled by manager.
Understanding of travel time & fact that almost there did not matter.

July 11: Upon arrival @ facility for re-scheduled appt, get into chamber and NO NITROGEN. Appt a bust. Manager NOT there. Individual in charge of session totally in-experienced.
Left message for manager to call - never head from him. I finally called him and told he would call me back and never heard from him.

Cryotherapy facilities VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SEEMS LIKE A SIDELINE FOR THE FACILITY, WITH NO PROFESSIONAL IN CHARGE OF TREATMENT PROTOCOLS OR SESSIONS.
DO NOT WASTE TIME & MONEY.
