George really know his stuff! I've never really had to hire someone to repair a computer before, so I wasn't sure where to turn. When I found pcoverhaul online I was skeptical at first, but after looking over the website I felt reassured. He has some excellent articles on his website as well as a thorough biography.

My son's computer would not start, and while I knew it was probably the power supply, I wasn't really sure and I could end up spending a lot of time stressing out over it. George quickly determined what the problem was, ordered a better power supply and installed it, and even did some windows updates while troubleshooting an issue with the DVD burner. George showed me how the case opens (it's one of those intimidating looking fancy Dell cases) and how to hook up a new DVD burner myself.

George has been extremely helpful - even offering to do some research for me on virus software for Mac. It's so unusual to find someone so knowledgeable and helpful these days, and who charge such good rates!

I had a terrific experience with PC Overhaul. My computer was hacked and I was in a real quandry as to who to bring it to. When I called George he was very helpful in quelling my anxiety.and patiently.explained the steps I needed to take. I brought my computer right over right away and in less than 12 hours he was able to give me an update on the status of my computer and within 24 hours it was ready to be picked up. George swiftly addressed the issue and all I can say is that I was very lucky to have found George. He definitely goes above and beyond because he checked in with me the next day to make sure that everything (including my printer) was up and running.

Our home computer was acting strange and I thought it might have a virus. Best Buy said they couldn't work on it until March (over 2 weeks) so I decided to look locally, and boy am I happy I did. George had the computer finished in a day. He copied all our pictures and documents to DVD for us so we have a backup now and he got rid of the virus for a very low cost. Best of all, he installed a free antivirus program which saved us even more money. I'll never call anyone else to look at my computer and you shouldn't either.

He knows what he is talking about, which was a big thing for me. Prices are fair, service was done in less than 48 hours and I had a ton of viruses and alot of files to back up so that was a surprise. I basically got a new computer for about half what it would cost me in the store, plus it had all my old files on it already. There's nothing worse than losing your computer when you use it everyday both for work and play like I do. An hour without my laptop is sheer agony, so I was devastated when it slowed to such a crawl that I couldn't even click on anything anymore. Thankfully, George from PC Overhaul came to the rescue. He came out to my house and picked it up (for no extra fee), brought it back 24 hours later running like it was brand new, and explained what was wrong with it in simple terms. He loaded it up with free antivirus and office software too which saved me even more money, and he backed up all my important files to DVD so I now have a copy in case anything happens again. It's the best $100 I have ever spent on my computer. I don't plan on having any problems with it for quite a while, but when I do I'll be using his services again.

I called PC Overhaul after another business, (the ones with white shirts and black ties with badges), told me I needed NEW computer or the repair bill would be well over $300. George from PC Overhaul came and picked up my computer and breathed new life into it. It runs like the day I bought it. Better actually! I have trusted George to work on my computer several times. He always does a fabulous job, never a long wait and is very affordable. He now offers remote support, which is a huge convenience. He answers my questions so that I understand them, is very patient, works quickly to solve the problems, and I am always satisfied with his work. He is also very personable, easy to talk to. I have been having trouble with my computer for a while now and it finally got to the point where my 16 year old neighbor couldn't fix it anymore and I had to take it to have it looked at by someone who really knew what they were doing. I've taken it to Best Buy before and I'm glad I called George at PC Overhaul this time. He knows what he is doing and he explains everything in plain old English, not geek speak. I'm also done with the Geeksquad where I am just another number to them and they pressure me to buy a bunch of warranties and acessories I don't really need. George got it running like a brand new computer for $100 and in less than 48 hours. I also got a backup DVD with all my important files on it for free. How can you beat that?
