Provided by YP.comMr James Pray took $4000 as advance to order material and repair our front staircase. We paid him two checks worth of $4000 ($1500 and $2500) to order material in the beginning of the process. He has never showed up after receiving second check of $2500. It is very difficult to reach him on phone and on texts, he just make excuses for not able to come and finish job. In last three months we have no access to enter our house from the front door and condition oat the front door are very hazardous. This group of father and son (Mr James Pray senior and Junior) are the biggest cheaters I have seen in my like. Be careful, check their reviews and complaints on BBB.

Our warranties are long because we KNOW our work lasts, and is of good quality. Minor repairs done outside the warranty are usually little to nothing! We take care of our customers, and our family business will continue to do so.
