I would say that when it comes to my cars I am one particular individual. In my opinion its the details that make the difference. Some people may be ok with a sub-par repair or paint job, or just not care much how their ride looks - This is not the case with me. I recently brought one of my cars to D-and-D after it was involved in a front end collision. Not only was their customer service above expectations, but they also took the time to walk me through the entire repair process and bared the burden of negotiating compensation direct with my insurance company. There was full communication throughout the process and deadlines which they set were not only met, but came in ahead of time. When I picked my car up after the work was completed the car was immaculate. The damage was repaired and the paint matched perfectly (not easy with a metal flake). Additionally, there were a few little items that were addressed that other shops would have overseen (Such as taking the time to refurbish my headlights and fully detail the exterior). This vehicles body is now in better shape then when I bought it...It is truly an art form which D-and-D has perfected. Highest recommendations.
