Fast delivery service however the arrangement was not at all what I asked for it looked dull and very poorly put together. I would never use this florest again. Not to mention they put two holds on my card which put a total of $120 worth of charges on my card making that money unavailable with out telling me and it took 4 days for one to come off my account.

I am giving my experience with Johnsons Flowers and Gifts only one star. I ordered a Full of Love bouquet shown in the ad consisting of pink roses, tulips and carnations. I was disappointed that the bouquet only came with two pink roses. I understand they replaced the tulips with another set of pink flowers but with only two pink roses it was an obvious rip-off ad the bouquet appeared less than what I was expecting. They pit a lot of extra lavenders to make it appear bunchy. I would never buy from this store again.

This business messed up two orders I had placed with them. One was while I was serving in Iraq and my wife received an arrangement of flowers that I ordered which were not even close to the picture and description. This last incident is the final straw. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Was I wrong! Again, I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and what arrived was absolutely disappointing. The flowers were supposed to arrive in a wrapped gift box. The came in a square clear vase where you can actually see the green foam! The flowers themselves were not even close to the picture. I have no idea who there made the arrangement but I think they should be fired. I will never shop at Johnsons Flowers again!
