THIS BUSINESS IS A FRAUD TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

Hello,



I was contacted by the manager of this business to provide services to her. She wanted me to repair a piece of equipment for her. It was a hot dog roller heater warmer grill. This is a piece of equipment that was made in Cheyenne Wyoming. I went to this location and took this piece of equipment apart and found that the motor was burned out that turned the rollers back and forth.



I was told to find this motor and get back to her about getting one to replace the burned out motor. I did call the manufacture in Cheyenne Wyoming and was told that this was a special order part. I asked how I could order one of these motors and they gave me the contact information of a supplier in Denver Colorado. I called this restaurant equipment supply house in Denver Colorado and discussed ordering a motor from them.



The price of this motor was $ 297.95. This was the price because of the fact that it had to be special made. They do not keep these on hand. I discussed this with the woman manager and she told me to order this part for her and she would pay me after I was done with the installation of the motor.



We went around and round about this, she made several comments about that she did not know me as to give me this money up front for this part. After several conversations with her about this matter. I told her that if she wanted to she could order this motor from the supply house herself. I had given all of the information to her including the part numbers and all of the phone numbers of the maker of the machine in Cheyenne, Wyoming and also the supply house in Denver, Colorado. I told her that I would not order this part until I received the check for 300 dollars up front form her.



I received a call from the woman manager about 2 weeks later about having a check for me at the station and that I could come by and pick it up from that location at my convince.



The following day I went over to there location and picked up the check and cashed it and at that time I ordered the motor for her. At that time I told her that it would be about 2 - 3 weeks before the motor would be in because of the time frame needed to assemble the motor and ship it to me.



I received a call from the woman manager about 10 days after I ordered the motor in regards to this motor that I had ordered for her. She told me she did not need this motor and that the preinspection team that come through to make sure that the store is up for the real inspection had a motor and replaced the motor and therefore she was not in need of this motor that she ordered from me. She further told me that she wanted all of the 300 dollars back from me and she did not care about the fact that I had spent my money in the shipping of this part and also the insurance on this part.



This matter went to court and I was not able to fight it because of the fact that I am disabled and not able to get to the court room because of my disabilities.
