DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE. Shawn, the owner had the car my daughter was looking for. We found his car lot online with car guru. I'm not too far from the Norwalk area so we went to check it out. The car seemed good and Shawn SEEMED like an honest guy. Boy was I wrong. Let me state first and most important that this car was for my daughter who is only 16 and works at an ice cream place. She worked all summer long to save 2,000. To put down on a car, so with that being said this man took advantage of a 16 year old girl and I find that disgusting at the highest level. My daughter didn't have the car 3 days before we heard a knocking noise so he said bring it up he would fix it. Well after having the car for 4 days I asked him what was going on, he said he had to order the part? What? Why have you not done that yet. So after having the car for a week I told him something had to be done so he said come get it and take it to Kia & I'll pay for it. Then he said let me call them & I'll let you know when to take it. Well I waited a week and no word so I told him I was calling myself. Too make a long story short the car needs a new engine which costs thousands of dollars and he isn't going to pay for it. My hear is broken that my daughter worked so hard to get a car and he took advantage of her. I will have to get a second job to help her fix this car because it just isn't right. Did I add that we have a car payment of 300 a month. If somebody has any help they offer me please! I'm open to any suggestions. HELP!! This man needs to be stopped.

The car broke down after 6 days. Went to dealership for help. I was given the run around. Then the owner was worried about the car payment. Thank God I had not paid any thing yet. My cousin went with me and said after owner pushing for money. I think what she is saying is that you can repossess the car. the only other than start screaming at my cousin calling her a c***as we were walking out the door falls off out screaming at us telling us he's going to call the cops to get it for trespassing and we are leaving. we never see Warren him until he started calling her filthy names and then she told him to shut the f*** up. the man had also told me he thought it was a blown head gasket on the van I bought with him never having looked at it cause its on the side of the road on route 20. sounds like you knew the problem when he sold it to me. don't know for sure but the way he handled it was very unprofessional and quite on balanced. the mankind to try to act like my Savior going to help me without any money down in here and just felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. I didn't expect a 2000 van to last forever. however think more than six days little reasonable to expect. I don't make a lot of money but I already have the check written. second chance auto the man Sean is nobody's Savior

The most untrustworthy car lot I've ever been to. The owner is a con artist. The car I purchased fell apart after only 2 days. And Shaun, the owner, refused to do anything about the situation.
