excellent customer service quality work. I did nails in this town for 20 years and this is the place I go to get my nails done this place is awesome. I like Coco and I like Nicole they are excellent

*********LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE They will treat you like youre just a #, and not disclose when they are giving you services that cost extra. The second time I went there, the guy who previously did my nails had the nerve to tell me I didnt tip him last time and rather than thank me" , he just said " Bye" as I left. I usually tip generously, depending the the service, and obviously these people dont understand that. This business is all about profit, and little about service... Unfortunate.

This salon has been revamped and I believe, has new owners. It is must better than it was and they do a good job. I work in the Merritt 7 buildings, I prefer it to any of the other salons in the area.

MY FRIEND AND I LOOOOOOOVED THIS PLACE. YOU ARE THERE A LONG TIME BUT ONLY BECAUSE THEY TAKE THE TIME TO PAMPER YOU. IT WAS VERY RELAXING AND ALTHOUGH THEY WERE A LITTLE BUSY WE RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE. A WARM ROCK LEG & FEET RUB, THEN WITH A HOT TOWELL AND ALSO THE MANICURE WAS VERY RELAXING. DUE TO THEM BEING BUSY WE DIDNT RECEIVE OUR FREE BACK RUB BUT WE STILL RELAXED AND ENJOYED IT. I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN IT'S NOT SO BUSY THEY GIVE YOU AT LEAST A 30MIN-1HR MASSAGE ON YOUR FEET, HANDS AND BACK. AND ITS CHEAP!!!!!

They were so slow. Me & my two friends were there for a manicure and pedicure. We were there 2 hours. We were supposed to get a free 10 minute massage. We never received it. Our nails looked horrible and the nail polish chipped after a couple of days. The people were rude.
