I had a recent experience that truly needs documentation...I was on my way to NYC, car started smoking...pulled into a gas station, no mechanic, was sent to Midas in Norwalk Connecticut...I always thought Midas was a place to change oil or brakes?? I was totally wrong

TJ met me and explained what needed to be done, extremely professional...then proceeded to make a diagnostic?? (I know nothing about cars!!!) telling the mechanics what is wrong, what needs to be fixed...long story short, needed lots of work...car would not be ready right away!!

I live in Stratford, a long distance..just happened that Keenan lives in Stratford, and he took me home...if that isn't service I don't know what is!!

Brendan called the next day to say more work was needed; at this point I really trusted what Midas and their employees were saying...I said go ahead, do it...I spent more than I wanted, but the service, expertise and quality of work was worth it

I cannot say enough about TJ, Matt the Manager, second Matt, Keenan, Brendan, and Steve for all they did for me and my car...it was service far beyond anything I have ever experienced..I will never go to another company but MIDAS!!!

Thanks again fellows, I deeply appreciate how you went out of your way to take care of me.

Make an appointment with TJ Friday for Saturday morning. Noise on my driver side front wheel... Dropped car off at 8am. Full inspection, car was ready in a few hours thanks to Dre.

Estimated time was perfect and the staff was easy to do business with. Car is driving smooth new boots done. Going back on Monday for struts to be done.

I called them to find out if they could change my oil. They said they could and that I should come down in 15-20 min and they could get me right in. I arrived 20 min later (10am) but was told it would be 30-45 min before they could take me. They told me to call back in a couple hours if I didn't want to wait. I left and called back a couple more times with the same results, too busy, call later.

My second to last call was around 3 and again was told to call back in 20-30 min. I called at 3:50 only to be told they were closed. Won't be calling them again for any service.
