They took more $ out of my account than they were supposed to and I was told by 4 different people in 2 weeks it was being refunded. I am still fighting them trying to get my money! No supervisor will talk to me,only the peon at the call center. They won't give me any corporate info so I have contacted my attorney.

On or about 6/6/2017, HITT Plumbing, owned by Chris Hitt was hired by HomeServe USA, to evaluate a possible Pan Leak, in my master bathroom.While I begged and pleaded to HomeServe USA, NOT to send HITT Plumbing, due to the significant level of unprofessionalism, HomeServe USA, Intentionally Ignored by Numerous Pleas, and sent them anyways, being that they are on the top of their list and Lowest Paid.No sooner does a plumber representing HITT Plumbing, responds and staggers down my long hallway. His uniform appearance was Extremely Poor, and he smelled very, Bad.The minute the plumber steps one foot onto my master bath, he knocks off and breaks my ceramic soap dish. Pieces of ceramic tile were scattered all over the floor. The plumber than goes on to shout aloud, Now What Are YOU Going to Do To Fix This!!! He was rude and very obnoxious.He went on to sit in his van for approximately 45-50 minutes. The plumber went onto charge HomeServe USA, for allegedly checking the Water Pressure, to the street and other services, when He in fact did not. He went on to state that he will go on to assess whether or not I had a Pan Leak, and if so, that, I (resident) will be responsible for the repair of the damage that HE in fact caused!!!I immediately went onto to video and take photo evidence of his actions. I also asked him to cease his services.The plumber HITT Plumbing Fully Admits Fault to Damages, while the owner, Chris Hitt, Refuses, to comply to California Law in compensating me for damages. A Letter of Demand, via email along with the estimate for compensation was sent to the owner, Chris Hitt; HITT Plumbing, whereas, Chris Hitt, Intentionally Fails to Respond and Comply.Moreover, while, I could not locate the exact soap dish or tile to match the existing one that was damaged, it appears that at a minimum, approximately (7) Tiles will need to be removed and replaced with a different pattern so that it provides a "Consistent" pattern.More important, there is a "High Probability" that the damaged area may cause significant injury, while I have been stricken on the right side of my check very near to the right check very near to the eye, right shoulder and arms, by the existing sharp edges protruding from the shower. My husband and children were also harmed in the same or similar areas as well.Therefore, there is an imminent need to repair the damage as soon as possible. Moreover, while California Law further reveals that I am entitled to seek my own estimate, attached is a written estimate by "Elite Contractors."In closing, "Hitt Plumbing" is "Vicariously Liable" for the actions of their employees during the "Course and Scope of Their Employees." HomeServe USA, is also responsible for, Intentionally Failing to Ignore My Numerous Request in NOT Sending HITT Plumbing. HomeServe USA is contracted out with HITT Plumbing. HomeServe USA, Breached Their Duty of Care, to their consumers and opted to seek the Lowest Paid, plumbers opposed to seeking the Safety and Security, of consumers and in Preventing Harm and/or Damage, as a consequence.Several complaints have been made and Intentionally Ignored by the Case Management Team of HomeServe USA.Therefore, I am, Ready, Willing, and Able, to pursue and take this to the media to prevent other residence(s) from suffering the same harm. Video and photo evidence is available upon request.RESOLUTION: Compensation in the amount of $1400.00. Evidence of video, photos and estimate are available upon request, while this site fails to allow me to "Upload," the document.
