HORRIBLE customer service, avoid at all costs. I called DJK as they came up with a competitive price on a web search. The driver arrived as scheduled, but during the delivery he completely overfilled our tanks, spilling oil down the side of the house and on the ground both at the vent and at the filling spout. Accidents happen, so I called the office expecting them to offer to provide a proper cleanup. I spoke to one of the partners, who said he would call me back. After no call back days later, I again called the office. This time I spoke with to the office manager, who went and spoke to the owner. I could hear their conversation since the phone was open, and the owner (Dan I believe) basically told the office manager to ask what I wanted them to do, instead of actually getting on the phone with me. I could hear the owner say something along the lines of "he wants us to clean up a gallon of oil" - like I'm being unreasonable to want them to clean up the mess they made of my property including dumping oil on the ground. The "cleanup" the driver provided amounted to smearing the oil on the side of the house with a greasy rag. Now I get to clean up their screw-up. Great customer service Dan, keep it up!
