Peter, was able to help me were the best buy computer Geeks were totally puzzled. He retrieved all of my lost files from a damaged hard drive and provided training. I never meet a computer geek like this guy before. He new the problem and the solutions just by turning the computer on. He works on both macintosh and Microsoft based computer systems. He told me he is an electronic engineer and software developer and worked for over 100 schools. He knowledge of networking, programming and cross platform integration amazed me.
