Can't follow simple cooking instruction.



I went here to order a basic burger combination of a burger with fries & a drink. The only request I had was that the burger was cooked well done. I specifically requested it well done as they have gave me rare cooked burger at the Burbank Location, which I never came back. I did not think that you need a PHD to follow that simple instruction. The cashier relay the order to the cook and I waited for my order.



When I recieved my meal and ate it, half way through I decided to look carefully at the burger and it was rare or medium rare.



I never came back to this restaurant ever again or any of it's franchise chain. I would not recommend going to this restaurant as it seems they can't follow simple request.



Maybe the health departmentwant the food to be fresh and sanitize and they will probably give you spoil & unsanitary food that will be detrimental to your health. If they can follow simple request, can you trust them with your health?
