I have rented from this location about 5 different times recently because my car broke and I needed a car to go look for a car.
I must say this can be a busy place on certain days of the week. And I must say , despite the business the staff is outstanding in
customer service. I have never waited very long. Actually almost immediately when I enter the lobby someone is helping me. I have had different cars everytime and all have been excellent. One time the battery went dead on a car. I was grocery shopping, I called and within 10 minutes a tow truck company was there and restarted the car. I went home, called the branch. A gentleman came to my house with another rental and took my rental with the bad battery back to the location. Very nice of them. The manager Johnny has been extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable about everything , and so is Erin, an energetic lady who has picked me up a few times. Yes, I would recommend this location.

Great customer service! I reserved online and car was ready when I arrived. Very convenient. Their pick up and drop off service was no wait time. I will definitely be renting a car there again.

What's the point of reserving a car online, when I still had to wait over an hour for it to be ready? The manager and an employee got into a loud argument in front of customers. Very unprofessional.
