I admit I enjoy an apt on the ground floor facing the beautiful courtyard. I have found the facility to be clean...well kept and the landscaping well cared for. The management is wonderful and takes exceptional care of the building and tenants. I love that it is centrally located in Norwalk and no more than about an hour away from most anywhere in the LA/OC area...(except at peak traffic times of course).

My parents live at Belcourt. I wish they would move somewhere else. The stairwell and elevator room always smells like urine. There's often animal feces (at least I hope it's animal) in the halls. The carpets are horribly stained. There's alot of graphiti scratched into surfaces alot of time it's written on walls too. My parents air conditioner hasn't worked for a week when 100+ degree weather is outside. They put in a repair request but still haven't heard anything. I am afraid of one of them getting sick.
