THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST!!!!. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Anna (the owner) is a nightmare and she is very rude to her customers. I was looking to get a kitten and found her on craigslist. I drove down from orange county and when I got there was very disappointed. The store was disgusting and dirty. The animals looked very sad and very unhealthy/abused/filthy. The kitten was much older than she told me and filthy!!! She was very frightened every time you tried to pet her. I left and decided not to get her. Anna - the owner started to text me all sorts of crazy messages because I no longer wanted the kitten. She was telling me that I looked like I was poor and could not afford her beautiful kitten anyway. Said that I wasted her time and she feels sorry for anyone that comes into contact with me. The messages continued and got worse till I let her know that I was reporting her. I don't understand how this place is still in business!!! By far the worst place I've ever been to. DO NOT BUY YOUR PETS HERE!!! DO NOT GET YOUR PETS GROOMED HERE!!!

I will always take my doggies here.. Love the people who greet everyone. Friendly, caring, every time. The groomers will come out and talk to you, Anna is very nice. She takes time to chat,,my poodles always look fabulous. And the price is always reasonable. The store is clean and so many great things to buy for doggies.. My kids always enjoy looking at the puppies and kittens for sale. I'm very picky, I love love this place...

Anna’s services are awesome they are very nice and professional. Once you step in they greet you and are very attentive of you if they are busy that day. I get great service and I love to come here. I would recommend this place to any one that wants great service.

I get all 3 of my dogs groomed at Annas. They know us and are excited to take our dogs off our hands. Well worth the money and I will continue to come!

Anna has been the best ever, I had lost a dog at the age of ten and it was really hard to have loosed her. I decided to check into breeds that would last longer after losing my previous dog and thanks to Anna we found one and when people ask how old is my current dog they get surprised my Kitto has lasted more than ten years now and hopefully few more years to come.

She always does a great job, I enjoy coming here she always has something to talk about and does a great job around my dogs eyes.

I have to say that I’ve never had a problem with Anna she’s wonderful so is her staff. They are very professional.

I’ve known Ana for a few years now and I’ve actually bought a few dogs of her during those years. She is great even though she is a pet groomer she seems to know a lot of dogs, more like a vetenarian(she’s not though). The place is really nice and she does a great job. I really like coming here even though I take good care of my dogs I bring them in once in a while.

WOW. LOVE THIS PLACE. CLEAN SHOP, FRIENDLY PEOPLE. MY BICHON LOOKED AMAZING! SHE SMELLED GREAT, AND WAS WAGGING HER TAIL COMING OUT. THE OWNER WAS SO NICE. TOOK TIME TO TALK TO ME. I DIDN'T NEED AN APPT. GOT THERE ABOUT 2 PM. MY DOG WAS DONE AT 4PM. THERE WERE PUPPIES THERE, THEY WERE SO CUTE! I'M TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS SHOP. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME. BRAVO. AND LOTS OF CUTE STUFF FOR SALE. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WILL GO AGAIN.

I have a Maltese and Yorkie and I am always nervous taking them to a new groomer. I have to say that my experience was pleasant and wonderful. The price is right and my dogs came home looking cute and clean!

They did an excellent job on my two dogs for their grooming. The facility was really clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Anna really helped my family out when we adopted a dog that had some health issues. She was wonderful throughout the entire process and really took her time explaining everything to us and also helping us care for the animal. We really love her and would definitely return for another dog.

They took great care of my puppy! He's kinda picky with who he lets hold him but they changed that in less than 5 minutes! Amazingly friendly and great people.

I took my Maltese here because she looked like a sheep!!! She looked so much better after everything, these people are friendly and love their jobs!

I've known Anna for 26 years. First class, kind, and a professional lady. I've gotten 3 dogs from her. Love them to death! Anna treats all her puppies like on of the family.
