The service while in the office was great. Very friendly workers. We had rented a truck because of needing it to bring some items back with us from the trip. We,have rented several times with Enterprise and always have gotten a truck. Never had the first issue..however, we ended up with a Ram this time,that had a malfunctioning radio and Sirius system in it. We had a boring trip needless to say. Both my husband and I called to report our issues and the only compensation we were offered was to,bring the truck back and get a suv. That would not have been a possibility. I hate we had to have a bad experience this time with the company.
