We recently moved from south eastern Michigan and heard good things about this practice. BCN shows the physicians are accepting new patients, however, when I made an appt for my daughter bc of a reaction to her medication I was told she can't be seen until the dr accepts her as a patient. I was switched to a different person who took my info and when I said I also have 2 boys that I wanted to set up with a male doctor the receptionist said we can't do that. Only 1 dr per family. So this means if we get assigned a male dr for the family then my daughter is out of luck and has to see him even though she is more comfortable with a female doctor. The receptionist also said she's not sure if Dr. Pallante would take all 3 children so I asked if she would submit the info to several drs. I get a message the next day saying Dr. Pallante will not be able to take my children as patients. Nothing about any of the other drs and no reason as to why my kids can't be seen there. They didn't base the decision on medical history bc none was given (was not asked, either).

Karl Nicles is a great doctor who is always funny and comforting ant the same time. This is my first child who I am extremely protective of, and I could not be happier than to have Dr. Nicles take care of her.
