We are under new management and are turning around the park. Since the previous comments don't reflect our current community, please stop by as we are rehabbing 2,3,4 bedrooms.

Ok. Over the years I have seen this place going to hell and it's only getting worse and the manager prior was rude as all hell i think if you take a managers potion you should have good customer service skills.. I know that's hard for people these days right.. Lol. Ok well now you have a man walking around in the park from Texas flaunting a gun because he's high and mighty he's the new manager yay!!!! Not.. I wouldn't suggest living there you can't have anything on your own property however I know it's a trailer park so technically it's not yours but still no toys for your kids no small pits which I've seen some that are contained and very clean but still this guy thinks everyone is stupid well for me I'd never live there and due to all the drugs and violence that place I'd suggest you never live there either.. With the new management, they are trying to take all your rights away with rules. Not saying rules are bad, but they are going a little far. for example, you can only have 2 trash bins, no play yard toys maybe in your yard (swing sets, slides, etc..) What you can use to cover your windows on the inside with. And the community is dangerous. There are metal pipes sticking up every where and the roads are in need of repair, They tell you that you cant park on the road nor in a vacant lot, however, not all the homes have a driveway. Dawn the manager seems very nice until you go to her with issue. Then she no longer has time for you and pretty much gives you this I don t give a crap attitude. or highly recommended because
