I have used Werner Landscaping for over 20 years when I needed service or for the seasonal shut down of my sprinkler system. Their repair work has been perfect with no call backs. Werner has always explained to me how the repair work was going to be done, had accurate and accurate upfront estimating and very reasonable pricing. When I need work on my irragation system, I always call Werner Landscaping.

I had Dave Werner (the owner of Werner Sprinklers) out to fix my sprinkler systems. While repairing on of my sprinkler heads, he cut through my electronic dog fence sitting off a loud alarm noise. He attempted to repair it, but could not get it fixed (saying he had the wrong gauge of wire). I called at least 6 times to request that he send someone back to fix it. When I finally got a hold of him, he told me that it was not his problem and that he was not willing to send someone back out to repair the break that he created.

I am astonished at his total lack of accountability regarding this problem that he caused and his total lack of professionalism when we spoke.

I could not make a stronger recommendation that you chose a more reputable company that will not destroy your property and leave you in the lurch.
