Do yourself a favor & stay away from these crooks. They r mean, unprofessional & heartless. My parents had them as agents for over 60 yrs. Their house was put into a trust about 15 yrs ago. Recently my parents passed away. We contacted these horrid people to let them know & apparently they didn't know that the house was put into a trust. My sister & myself are on the trust & we both equally own the house. After being told that my parents died they became belligerent & down right nasty. They immediately told me that they were going to drop us even though they had been accepting payment. They accused me ( an owner) of not living at the home. As many times as I told them I lived there they insisted it was a vacant home. They r the worst. Save yourself a headache & go elsewhere. They will gladly accept ur money but give nothing in return. The two ladies that I spoke to were Janis Reed & her supervisor Debra. They are just awful, cold uncaring and bitter. I have reported them to the state.
