This Company recovered a vehicle for us and everything went well until shipping the vehicle back to us here in Florida. One of their employees broke a key to our Mercedes so "we" paid to have one remade. Well, after sending a check to have the key remade we later found out that the key was never made. They delivered our truck back without the key that we paid an extra $450 to have one made. When we asked for a refund for the key the owner Chris acted like he didnt owe us for a key. Really?! Complete RIP OFF.......THEY WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS VERY LONG WITH THESE TYPES OF PRACTICES....PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION.
