Russ's Transmission of Northridge put a NEW DENT in the hood of my beautiful Jaguar XK8 FROM THE INSIDE OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, facing outward!



Then the Manager, Mike, denied all responsiblilty.



Mike was rude and condescending from the start.

GREAT SERVICE,GREAT QUALITY, & GREAT PRICES ( within your price range). I have been giving RUSS'S TRANSMISSIONS my service for years! NOT one time did I have a negative thing to say. They provide you with EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. They also provide you with transportation while they are fixing your car, and get you back your car the time it is needed or best suites you. They have OUTSTANDING service MIKE and his staff are very KNOWLEDGEABLE. I would recommend Russ's Transmissions they are very admirable and take pride in their work!

Ive had problems with my car, they towed it for free. They were nothing but nice and they know how to sell. I had went to leons and they charge alot. I would not recommend them for the reason being my uncle had many problems with them. They do not do good work. So if you want good work goo to Russ Trans Mission
