Don't think so

My family and I are sooooo happy Buenos Aires Grill came to Woodland Hills. We really need a good restaurants in this neighborhood and now we have one. We've been to this Buenos Aires Grill 3 times this month already and needless to say we've always had great food and a incredible time.

I am not one to sit here and write a review about a restaurant but..... I just can't belive the review that local couple wrote about the place, and they wrote 2 reviews, one each?? W.T.F Don't think so.......

Different Experience

We have been to the Buenos Aires Grill 3 times in the last 2 weeks with different friends. Everyone thought the food was great and came as ordered and everyone enjoyed the ambiance. We sat on the patio all three times. We didn't need heaters so I can't respond to that problem and there were no smokers on the patio any of the times we were there. I asked the manager and was told that there are 2 tables in the uncovered portion of the patio where smoking is permitted. On one occasion, the service was a bit slow, which didn't bother us at all. Nevertheless, the owner stopped by to chat and say they were still ironing out the kinks of a new kitchen. A busboy also stopped by to ask us if we needed anything. This restaurant is family owned, not a chain, is moderately priced and our experience was that the food was good. The owner is also hoping to have live Tango music and perhaps dance lessons in the future. People of the Hills of Woodland: we need to support this restaurant.

The New Woodland Hills restaurant is Horrible!!!

Wow, I don't know where to start. I am a local business owner and home owner as well and we were pleased to hear about Buenos Awful grill coming to town. When we arrived we were sat outside with no offer of inside seating, but i saw heat lamps on the ceiling so we tried it. After 10 minutes of waiting for hot water and a pepsi we knew we off to a bad start.Next i realized the heaters arent working, and the waiter told us there not working yet. Sweet!! Then, smokers lit up some cigarettes and we were downwind of that as well.Awesome!! At that point i was curious to know why they are even seating people outside, 65 degrees, and why we were not offered inside seating. Finally, it took forever for my wife's salad and my medium well skirt steak to show up. It finally shower up medium BLOODY, a calmly asked for a refire to bring it up yo medium well. Well, it came back BURNT on the outside abd still BLOODY in the center. I asked the waiter for a manager and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided the manager nor the waiter was coming back so we paid our bill anf respectfully walked home. I can't wait to share my story with all my family and friends in the neighborhood.

Buenos Aires poopoo in Woodland Hills

My husband and I are real foodies and when we walked into the resturaunt where Cafe Bellisimo used to be we were excited. The place had been cleaned up and had a great atmosphere. We thought that we finally had a good local place to go for good eats, well, Chef Ramsey (Hells Kitchen) would of been very very very disappointed and would of kicked them all out of the kitchen!

Our waiter was so so to start and it took about 20 minutes just to go hot tea and a coke (which was supposed to be a sprite anyway). We then waited and waited and waited for our food. The Skirt steak my husband ordered came rare and bloody when he ordered it medium well, so, we sent it back and it came back bloody in the middle and burnt on the ends. Our waiter went to get a manager that never came. After 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to find our waiter. Couldn't find him either. Multiple people tried to clear our plates in this process, perhaps to erase the evidence of a poor meal.

I ordered the Grilled Portabello Mushroom Salad. The mushroom was fresh out of the ground and the furthest from grilled a vegetable could be. The dressing (olive oil) was thick and ruined the spinach.

About the only good thing we had was a glass of white sparkling wine. But they didnt make that.

So, we paid for what we ate and drank then left... what a diappointment!

I guess we will have to wait for the next resturaunt to open in the area since California Chicken Cafe and Dans Super Subs seems to be the only one that can keep up a good standard and consistency in the area.

We will never go back... too bad cause we were really excited...

P.S. The mens restroom was a hot mess...

and they didn't ask if we wanted to sit inside or out. Just sat us outside in 65 degree weather with heat lamps that didnt work yet...

The whole experience was so frustrating!

A local favorite of mine when I lived in California

Great Food! Try the parillada(it's like a sampler that feeds about 4 people) with a side of mashed potatoes, it's the best deal!
