We bought a $50,000 pool in the fall of 2009. Our first season was 2010, by the middle of the season the entire bottom of the liner wrinkled. It started in the shallow end. The first time water was added immediately it started to wrinkle. Joe got in the pool and tried to kick them out. Russo’s ordered another liner and installed it in 2011. During the winter all wrinkles disappeared I am sure this was lack of use. The liner was still replaced. Same problem, the wrinkles became larger and larger as the summer wore on. The more we used the pool the greater the number of wrinkles and the larger they became. The Neighbors also had pool installed at the same time by Russo’s, they don't have the wrinkles. These wrinkles make it uncomfortable to walk on. Guests would ask, “what is wrong with this pool!?” We first talked to Anthony in sales. His brother Joe did the installation. We believed what he was saying. He said everything right, we trusted him. Once he started he did nothing we asked. Both of these men are very personable.

We have a Pacific pool liner. We have e-mailed them through their site. We have sent letters with pictures. No answer.

Maybe if we had spent more we would have had a better outcome. Maybe if we were younger we would have been treated better.

I know from their reviews they can do the job they just didn’t do it for us.

We bought a new pool and the lining did not last one winter. We had to replace the lining. Russo's said we cut the lining. We bought a new liner some where else.

Anthony was an exceptional with his customer service. Helpful, great selection of spas, theater seating fireplaces, bars . I went to various other stores none gave me the time or welcomed feeling to want to buy thier products.

great business to work with. We are very pleased with our pool they installed. They may be a couple percent higher in cost, but it's well worth a good experience vs a

nightmare.
