Awful customer service. I ordered a $130 Valentines arrangement for my wife over a week in advance and they were unable to deliver. They are ok if it's just a normal occasion, but watch out if you want something on a holiday or if you absolutely need it delivered. We were placed on hold for over 20 minutes, then when we called back, "Lydia" was nasty and gave me a lecture about it being Valentines day and not to expect it until 7 or 8 at night. She didn't even ask me a question to identify the order, it was just a pat lecture and I sure didn't appreciate it. From my experience, youre better off at other locations or may I suggest DeeBee's Florist if you really need something for your honey! Save your money for a service provider who cares about their customers!
