DO NOT GO TO NORTHFIELD COLLISION!!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!
The manager Norm is RUDE and OBNOXIOUS! He treated me like complete dirt from the moment I started talking to him! He acts like he works for the insurance company and refused to fix things that happened to my car caused by the accident!
When I picked my car up I noticed they had caused more damage to my car and they are now refusing to fix that damage saying they didn’t do it! Norm is a complete JERK!!! And he needs to adjust his attitude towards people big time! He cannot keep his story straight either. He will tell you one thing and then when he is proven wrong he will say another! I only wanted my car fixed!! 2 weeks later and I am still fighting to have my car restored back to pre-accident condition! If you take your car here I can guarantee that you will only have a headache not “satisfaction”
Let me quote their website

Do the “extra” services include further damage to your car?

I had to coordinate getting the rental car for myself. Norm REFUSED to help me!
I also told Norm that my attorney spoke with the insurance company and he took it upon himself to call them and create nothing but confusion!

I think they meant that if you don’t like it Norm will just scream and yell and throw a fit until you are so unsatisfied you just give up and go away! and I mean this literally! He jumped in my car and started slamming on the brake pedal while screaming at me like i was an idiot! Then proceeded to call my car junk and told me to have it serviced somewhere else!

Someone should teach him how to speak to people before he does this to the WRONG person!

First I will say that the customer’s comments are exaggerated. We do not treat our Customers like that. Some insurance companies write there own estimates, which we are to only repair wants on their estimate. All repairs on this estimate are complete. This customer says that her breaks where part of the claim. The insurance company did not approve those repairs so we could not perform them.

My neighbor recommended your shop after I was hit by a drunk driver. It was great to have a body shop do exactly what they are supposed to do. No hassles, friendly people and quality work. I will definitely tell others about my experience.

Thanks to Daryl and everyone at Northfield Collision. I couldn’t believe I was hit so hard and my car was almost totaled. That car was my only form of transportation and you helped me get a rental and worked with my insurance so the car was finished before I had to turn in the rental. My neighbor recommended your shop. All of your help was greatly appreciated and my Toyota looks brand new.



I will definitely tell others about my experience.
