minor repair

I called to have a valve cut in to a water heater. The plumber cut in a new ball valve and lit the heater. It took about half an hour and was quite straight forward. He charged $309 which amounts to $600 per hour. This was during regular open hours and was less than 2 miles from his shop.I believe the charges were excessive and totally unjustified and I had no notice he was charging $600 per hour.

Awesome service

Great service! They were 6 minutes late, but they honored their motto and paid me $30 off my bill. Took care of my garbage disposal and cleaned up better than when they got here. Also wore booties in my house, something the plumber said they always do. He said they were all about taking care of the customer. I have to agree cause that's what they did for me.######I will definitely use them again!!!
