Called on a Friday to order a tank filled and paid an extra $100 for fast delivery. On Tuesday they charge me $900 for the fill-up. On Wednesday our tenant calls us about not having heat. So, we call to see what's going on and they never filled up the tank at all, but managed to charge us the full amount and expedited delivery fee. Also, according to their customer service, if they fill up an empty tank you have to ask them to light your pilot lights, because how would they know it's not still lit even though there is no fuel...
