I have been coming here for nearly 5 years, starting with the old location. I give them a good rating for convenience and availability and expertise with some of the techs.
The new place looks gorgeous, but the attitudes of the employees are attrocious. They are very unfriendly and act as though they are doing you a big favor by servicing you.
When Joe is there, there is a bit more pleasant atmosphere. They have water, but never offer it. You have to ask. They don't have pillows there for people with bad backs. If it wasn't so convenient for me I would never go there again. There prices used to be lower, but since they moved they are charging the same for services as the nicer nail salons. I would love to see someone else take over that place. A person who values his customers and treats them well.
