We had a Boiler with 6 zone valves installed by Roberts Heating.Glen came
to give us the estimate,He is the nicest and most helpful person.
I cant say enough nice things about Wes and Trevor they did a super nice job
installing the Boiler and rewiring the 6 zone valves.They did a great job
very professional.I am a very happy customer and will recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were a subcontractor in our kitchen renovation. This review would be a novel if I explained all the problems we had with this company. A few examples is that they failed to insulate the duct work on exterior walls rendering them ineffective, they failed to properly size a return duct, they placed a supply in the wrong location in one of the bedrooms and totally failed to properly attach and seal a return duct to that same bedroom. The result is that the bedroom that they did the supply and return in is now a major problem. We had to move the thermastat into that bedroom in order to try to make that room livable. An example of the problem is that tonight we have the thermastat set at 69 degrees in that bedroom and the temperature in that bedroom is 76 degrees. This is the way it is year round. We have to run our air conditioning and heating at extremes to make that bedroom livable. Further, while trying to make that room livable it makes the rest of the house uncomfortable. They not only messed up our house which was perfectly balanced, they were extremely deceptive about the problems until they were threatened with a lawsuit. They have never fixed the problem because the new kitchen would have to be ripped out to deal with the problems they caused. DO NOT USE THEM.

Glen Roberts and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing the entire condenser unit and both expansion valves on our 10-ton Carrier split system. The whole job took less than a work day and went smooth as silk. And this was after Glen put together the proposed package on short notice. First class all the way.

Mike D. and Arden did a terrific job on installing our new furnace. Very professional, efficient, kept me informed and even made it fun. Nice job, guys! thanks.

Dennis is an expert about the hvac equipment in our apartment and in our condo building as well. He is clear and straightforward about choices we have to make and always tries to save us money where possible without sacrificing quality. You are lucky if he answers your service call!

DENNIS IS A REAL PRO. HE GOES ABOUT HIS BUSINESS IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER., HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO DO WHEN A PROBLEM ARISES. HE HAS BEEN HERE 3 TIMES. I ALWAYS ASK FOR HIM SINCE HE KNOWS MY HEATING AND AC SYSTEM LIKE A BOOK. KEEP HIM !!!!!!!

Great Service

I have been a customer for 28 years. They come out twice a year to service the furnace and a/c. Every technician has been professional and helpful in answering questions and giving advice about the existing equipment and when changes are needed. A couple of times I needed emergency service and they came out right away and fixed the problem.

Mike Marzigliano is presently working at Roberts Heating in Northbrook Illinois. The team is highly qualified, and they even help with civic events, Mr. Marzigliano volunteers his time as the primary supervising and design and layout person for Northbrook days. The craftsmanship and concern for customers is way above "normal." At the very least, it is worth calling Roberts and talking to them, Keith, Glen, Mike Marzigliano, before making any final decisions. Roberts Heating, a company that gets as involved in detail and learning and helps the community as much as this company, that does not "service then hide" is worth a phone call, don't you think?

These guys are great! We would not even think of calling anyone else. The furnace they installed is quiet and cut our gas bill in almost half.
