My brakes were failing, and they got me in quickly, chauffered me home then back again later, called with an estimate, put off until later something that could wait, discussed what needed to be done, and then did it. It took just one day to get the parts and get my van in and fixed. Everyone was cheerful, courteous and professional -- not pushy. Even though the entire job cost around $700, I felt like it was work that needed to be done, and I don't feel abused paying it. All in all, this was probably the best place I've ever taken a vehicle -- and I've been driving for 36 years.
