We didn't actually have the pleasure of meeting Jack because he helped us identify our issue over the phone. When we called him, he at the moment was not feeling well so he could not make a service call. Instead of just hanging up or refer us to someone else, he took the time to help us troubleshoot. He did not need to do that especially when he is not getting paid. To me that's going above and beyond with service. If he is this responsible and helpful when it's not his job, I'm sure in person he'll be a pleasure to work with. I also believe he has extensive experience and knowledge in the field. We feel very lucky that Jack is the first person we called. He'll definitely be my go to person in the future.

called in the evening...came the next morning. Jack came to just fix my problem-not rip me off - did not try to sell me any BS or lead me to believe my problem of no water needed any expensive solution... a true honest repair service-tends to be rare now a days... I highly reccommend this service based on the honesty alone!
