I can’t thank you enough for your amazing, fast and meticulous work. We had a terrible sewer back- up in our basement, which necessitated a huge clean-up of a disgusting, very foul- smelling flood. Alan and company were here promptly to clean up, clean out and sanitize our basement. Not only did they work fast and completely, but our basement looked 100% better than BEFORE the spill. We have received our first compliments ever on the cleanliness of that space! They worked perfectly with our insurance company, also. Just the best!

As a single, female, home owner I used to cringe when ever I needed to have work done in my house. Prior to working with Alan and Rick from Reliable Restorations I had several bad experiences of repair companies. They ranged from giving me high quotes for basic repairs, speaking to me in a condescending manner when I would ask for clarification regarding the quote, not showing up to start the work when they stated or not completing in the time frame that was guaranteed. Last Spring I had the unfortunate event of a water pipe breaking while I was traveling for work. I came home to a flooded first floor that was so damaged that all of the hardwood flooring, walls and carpet needed to be replaced. Reliable Restorations came highly recommended by several people so I decided to call them. From the first phone call my experience was a positive one. They were professional, honest and completed the repairs in the time frame and cost they promised. Their dedication to quality work was evident throughout the project. Alan went above and beyond by not only repairing my laundry area but also cleaning out my washer and dryer to the point they looked brand new! I've recently married and my husband is a wonderful but unhandy man. Our marital home is 15 years old and is in need of many repairs. Reliable Restorations helped us put together a step plan in order of "need to do and nice to do." They had patience with me trying to plan my dream kitchen during the estimate process...which added an hour to the visit! My husband and I are extremely happy with the plan and price they gave us and are looking forward to partnering with them as we repair and update our home.
