I wanted a blonde balayage, showed the hair dresser 5 photos of blonde hair styles. I stressed to her how long it took me 3 years of bleaching my hair to get it as light as it was and as healthy as is was because of how damaging bleaching is. I had a brown root of about 2 inches. After my hair was washed she said to me that it'll look a little darker than it is because it's wet, when I say I front of the mirror I ha black hair. When she dried it it was such a dark brown I couldn't believe it. She told me she would drop my natural color down and feather the blonde up, e have me 4 inches of dark brown hair nd 3 or 4 highlights, it was even darker at the bottom where I only wanted it lighter. After she cut the dead ends off my hair was 1/4 blonde nd the rest dark brown. I assume people could tell I wasn't that happy because the hair dresser said "your just in shock because of how different and darker it is" yea I was shocked because is didn't wan it dark!! I spent $140 nd left because I was on the verge of tears nd didn't want to be "that girl" in the salon. I washed my hair twice in the bath, soaked my hair in water when I got home to see if that would lighten it at all, it didn't. I called because they were about to close and told her I wanted it blonder ASAP. She told me I could come in the next day and I did. I didn't mind the little wait however the manager was not there and the girl who originally ruined my hair had to fix it. She told me I had to pay an additional $50 for the hair I originally wanted, I told her I wouldn't even though she tried to explain how I was already getting a 30 dollar discount, she offered to call her manager who then had to call her supervisor, didn't mind waiting for that ither by then I was there an hour already. She had me sign a waver saying I can't sue or request another fixing for free if she ruined it again. She put a ton more highlights in unfortunately my hair is still twice as dark as it was to begin with. The worst part of all of this is is how DAMAGED my hair is. It is amazing to see how dry my hair got and it's all along the frame of my face all the hair where my part it and all of my bangs are so dry and so brittle I can't even brush them. As a professional I know she noticed. I don't even know what to do constant breakage nd frizz. I've never felt my hair looked so terrible and I used to dye it myself with box color when I was 16. There's no excuse. I showed her multiple pictures told her I did not want to go dark or be brunette nd it came out darker than it's ever been. I'm really upset because I how close holiday hair is to me nd how I've gone there before nd LOVED the way my hair came out. The last time I was there I aske for something way more difficult also. I won't be going back. I don't recommend this place anymore, it seems like they only have a few experienced woman there and the rest are kids that just got out of academy. I wasn't rude and told the girl she didn't do a bad job at what she did, she just didn't do at all what I asked for.

Jen is the best person to get your haircut for a child she has patients she knows how to cut their hair cute. My child never had a bad haircut from her. She's just so loving and caring about her clients.and that's what's so great about her too.
