Provided by SuperpagesI have been a very happy customer of Techcavalry for several years now. They always do a good job fixing my computer. They are always quick and professional! I have always had a pleasant experience dealing with their receptionist and anyone else I talk to there.

Provided by SuperpagesI went in to ask about service, and the receptionist was more interested in chatting with some guy (who did not work there) who interrupted me when I was trying to explain what I needed. Also, there were no technicians in the place, and it had just opened about 15 minutes before. Maybe they were out on the road. Or, at a customer service seminar.

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible customer service, rude receptionist, unresponsive owner, and unexperienced technicians. A very unprofessional company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Provided by SuperpagesThis company started out good, but failed when we needed followup service for the server they installed. The techs that visted didn't have any background on our problems and were not knowledgable at all. The president didn't return any messages we left and the receptionist was possibly the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. They left us hanging with no followup service. Horrible - they did not live up to their sales pitch we fell for.
