I took my car to Jeffrey's Auto Body in N Syracuse to repair damage caused by a deer running into front driver side fender. They not only had the car for over a month and did not restore the car, but caused additional damage. One example, the driver side front door had no damage from the deer, but the door would not open and the trim fell off. After multiple returns insisting it be repaired and restored or a refund failed, I had to take legal action. What a nightmare!

I took my BMW M3 to Jeffrey's to have some hood damage repaired, at the recommendation of Cantech Automotive. The owner Jeff did the estimate personally, and his staff were very professional. The car was finished a day earlier than promised and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The repainted hood is a 100% match to the existing color, and the finish is excellent, as new. They had all my paperwork ready on dropoff and pickup so I was in-and-out the door immediately. I was very impressed with this shop.

They repaired my Porsche Boxster S hit in the rear hard. I was surprised how smooth the process was I could get on line to see how far along they were anytime. When I got it back it looked like it had not been repaired, color match was perfect! They even showed me a computer print out of the alignement. Thank You!!!

Repair Oct, 2010, 3rd time back over 10 years. I like the way they tell the insurance company how my car is being repaired. Jeff the owner was great to deal with he even gave me a car to drive. Don't let the insurance company tell you where to take your car take it to Jeffreys.
