Their a bit pricy but the love and care they give these dogs is shown clearly ad soon as you go in ! They have awsome pet guarantee and they are up to date on their shots and are fed top notch dog food and are bathed before they go to their new home. So the price you pay is well worh knowing the care they got before you even walk in the door is top notch ! They have many different breeds and all show they have been loved and are ready to love their new owner. Also they gave us a discount on our new dog without even asking. This is probably the best place to get your new pup !

Bought our 4 month old fox red lab, Landry, from the Scituate location. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted with a friendly welcoming approach from the staff. They educated us and discussed all the different breeds available. We have two children, and wanted a good family dog that also interacts well with other animals. After bringing home the puppy, we discovered he did have a cough in which we followed up with a vet visit. The vet perscribed medicine and the dog is fine. Overall, the dog is really healthy. We notified Perfect Puppy regarding the vet visit, and was fully reimbursed for the visit. The check was mailed to us. I would say that they were honest, took ownership of the visit to the vet and stood by the puppy 100% as well as us. I would recommend based on my own experience.

Please don't not go to The Perfect Puppy in West warwick. I know many people whom have bought thousands dollar puppy's from there that have been really sick and are stuck with thousands of more vet bills after. You can Google all this information. And tonight I made a simple comment on a mutual friends posts and this guy THE OWNER OF THE STORE spoke to me this way. This is not a professional business at all.

I recently added an addition to my family in the form of 4 paws. I highly recommend others looking to do that same thing to check this place out! The perfect puppy was extremely helpful in my selection by providing a safe, clean and fun environment for all puppies. They have a variety of breeds at all time so if you are unsure of what kind of dog you would want they allow you endless information on all the breeds and puppies to make your selection. Their customer services continues even after I took my puppy home, and if I were to have any questions or concerns they would have been 100% willing to answer/tend to me and my pup. The staff was knowledgable in all breeds, and very concerned about all puppies well being.

Puppies get sick all the time, its not because it came from a store; more importantly this one (because breeders allow sick dogs to leave their care all the time). This business is run by a loving family with a passion for animals and making your life more complete!

I bought a puppy from here in August, 2015. Within days he was very ill from kennel cough and pneumonia. My trusted vet of 9 years notified me that the puppy was dying and needed the immediate and extensive support that only Ocean State Veterinary Services could provide. My puppy was hospitalized for over a week, which was very costly (thousands of dollars), and when he was allowed home, it was on an IV. The Perfect Puppy would only pay for health services for the puppy at "their vet", although their vet didn't have the necessary resources to give the puppy the 24 hour care and oxygen he needed given his dire state. At the time of purchase, The Perfect Puppy had given me medication to give my dog for possible side effects for his flu shot (which I later learned was a nonsensical concept to begin with), which the puppy store owner's son told me he got from their vet. During my introductory visit with their vet, they quickly denied dispensing the mess and that was when the vet herself broke down in tears and had to send her husband (friend of PP owner) out to talk with me instead. Needless to say, their information was conflicting and I was not able to believe what either establishment said. The vet wouldn't even give me an invoice to leave with to document my visit with them. There is so much more to this story but I need to stress that this is not the way to get a dog. The Perfect Puppy most definitely DOES get dogs that come from puppy mills- they just use a broker as the middle man. Read their reviews. Adopt a dog instead.

Excellent pet store! I bought a German Shepherd pup she's now 10 week's old and already has mastered potty training, sit, down, stay and fetch. She is incredibly intelligent and well on her way to becoming the perfect service dog. The store was clean and all the puppies were well cared for. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable about all the puppies in his care. The perfect puppy hand picks each puppy for the pet shop, this is obvious to me by the behavior and intelligence of my Shepherd. I would highly recommend the perfect puppy.

A 2 year guarantee for genetic defects found in the dog. Up to date shots. Microchip it you want one. Our new pup now has his forever home. The non profits would rather you adopt from them. Ask the owners of the non profit what their paychecks were last year. Most are in the 6 figures. This is a family run business who hand picks there pups from breeders.
