9-26-12 I called to get a ballpark price for a paint job for a friend of mine. He lives in California, but stores one of his cars in Utah to use while in town for the holidays. I first asked for a price to get the hood and top painted because they are oxidized badly. The guy was pretty uninterested in giving me a price, but after a few minutes he did. I thought it would also be good to get an idea of what it would cost to paint the whole car, he put me on hold seeming very irritated. When he came back he said "we're all booked up for full car paint jobs". There was no time frame given, he simply didn't want to paint the whole car.

I went to Rhino Linings and Terry's Top's to get the bed on my truck rhino lined bcause they were the most helpful on the phone and they also were most competitively priced. I dropped off my truck at night and it was ready to go at 11:00am the next morning. The first thing I noticed when I was inspecting the Rhino lining was that the huge dent in my side rail was fixed. I never asked them to do it and they did not charge me to do it. It had made the bed of my truck look ten times better. I would highly recomend Rhino Linigs and Tery tops to anyone thinking about getting there truck rhino lined.

Rhino Linings & Terry's Top Factory has the best customer service in all of Utah. I have purchased two tops and both have had a few problems as new products will, and I was treated with the most cordial and personal explanation (read: not excuses) of the problem and how it was going to be fixed. Then they fixed the problem immediately, allowing they had the parts on hand. When I made an appointment, I didn't sit around for an hour or two waiting to be waited on. My truck was taken in immediately and the problem was fixed.The main reason I am sooooo happy with the service I have received is how they were so personal in the way they handled things. It was like going to see your friend from High School, to get something fixed. I always felt like I was an important person to them, not just another number with a problem. Nate and his dad could give seminars on customer service... Sounds a bit over the top. It is not. They are just simply the best.
