Corrput!

My daughter was in L.L. She had been in a few rehabs before and but continued to use drugs. L.L. did not cure her!###The staff held her back. I know that she was not doing anything wrong. They would say, "She isn't being honest." I was being to milked out of my money. I pulled her out of the program because I thought that that would be the best for her. She tells me that they were rude and uninterested. Most of the staff member are from ages 18-27 and are not licensed. Myself and other mothers that had kids in the program found out about some activities happening inside: After a boy client was kicked out a married woman staff member who has 3 children was discovered using drugs with the ex-client and engaging in sexually with him. Another married woman staff member was discovered having sexual relations with another male staff member. More things took place during our time like that. The so called "staff" can't hold up to their teachings. I do not recommend sending your child there.

BEST TREATMENT CENTER IN THE COUNTRY

L:ife-Line saved my son's life. If our son did not get into Life Line, he would have ended up in prison or dead. Our son, who is 15 years old, has been abusing various drugs:marijuana, ecstasy, alcohol, inhalants, cocaine, nicotine, sexually acting out and defying authority. He has been in the wilderness program in Utah in November of 2007, and even though we thought that program was helpful it was not enough. ###Very soon after he came back from the wilderness program he started using drugs again. I found out about Life-Line over the internet. This program is unique since it emulates every day life by having children go through 5 phases and reintegrate back into society. People who work there do so out of love. Parents are involved in the program. My son is on the second phase and his improvement is remarkable. As an ex-school counselor I urge you to get more information about this program. You will get a much better picture of the program and how it works if you call.

A program with love and integrity.

Our daughter recently graduated from the LifeLine program and we will always be so grateful not only for what they have done for her, but for our family. Lifeline is a program that builds families. It brought our daughter back to us and helped us re-build our relationship in a loving and respectful way. Our daughter learned valuable life skills which she will use the rest of her life. It helped her to regain her self-esteem, to understand herself, and to address her core issues which were at the root of her acting out. Our family has learned valuable communication skills and as parents, it has given us the confidence and knowledge needed to continue to parent our child. The staff at Lifeline truly cares for these kids and the kids love and respect them. Without the help of LifeLine, I know our daughter would not have been able to phase back into society with the confidence and self-worth she now feels. This has enabled her to have a fresh start with new healthy friendships.

Just what we needed and just in time

At a time when our son was out of control and we had done all we knew how, we were recommended to Life Line. Our request for help was returned with concern and very quickly. In fact we were able to have our son accepted into their program with in 48 hours of our request. The staff at Life Line not only taught our son many things to help him deal with his substance abuse issues, but also gave my wife and I hope again. Worth every cent and every second we invested. We highly recommend Life Line if you are struggling with a adolescent young man or young woman that is dealing with substance abuse.

Lifeline saves lives

Our daughter went through Lifeline and is is doing great. They not only help your child but help parents as well. We all communicate better and can talk over hard issues. The staff is the BEST!!! they do it for love of the kids in the progam. It is a safe enviroment for your child to deal with their issues. It was very hard signing our daughter up treatment but in hindsight it was the very best thing to do and she has since thanked us for putting her in treatment. We can not say enough good about Lifeline.

Poor Customer Service

I called just wanting to know the price of their services the woman who answered the phone told me she didn't know. How can you not know how much the services you're selling are? Anyway it lead to a long game of phone tag just to get the price. ######That is all the experience I have, this was just a dissapointing run around, and it felt shady.
