tried to sell us a vehicle that had been in an accident for over the highest listed price on either kbb or nada, then tried to offer us over five thousand dollars under the average trade in value of the vehicle we were trying to trade in, im not sure if they just think people are that stupid but i wasnt going to fall for that. The sales manager tells us our car is too old with too many miles on it to be worth anything then we walk outside and see an old buick lesabre for sale on their lot that is 5 years older than our suburban. The guy shoiuld get his stories straight.

I usually do not buy from dealerships because I don't want to overpay on something I could buy cheaper from a private seller. However, having bought my very first brand new car from JS Nissan, I would absolutely go back. Brooks was very honest and straightforward with pricing and was aware of Nissan cash back offer to save me even more. They also managed to get me the EXACT car I wanted, when there were only 2 left in the entire country. Very impressed. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The definitely recommend them.

We have had not one but two great experiences purchasing and leasing cars from Seiner Nissan. I would recommend going to this dealership without reservation. I also like the service department and Sheldon is a great salesman. We will go to him for our next need at Seiner Nissan.

Bought a Nissan Sentra from this dealership. I worked with Zac on the deal, and Larry helped me with the financing. I had had a difficult time working out a deal at another dealership, and Zac was no hassle and got to the deal I needed almost immediately. This is by far the shortest time I have had to be at a car dealership, and I have purchased close to 20 new cars so far in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience I have had, from the time I arrived (sign in the window to say welcome) to the time I drove off the lot. Zac spent every moment understanding that my time was also worth something, and did an outstanding job getting me the deal I wanted, and expediting the paperwork. I very much recommend this dealership, and felt like I was part of the team by the time I left. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Horrific experience - horrible customer service. If you like your car and sanity, I would recommend NOT purchasing a vehicle or servicing your vehicle here. In October 2014 we purchased a brand new 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 with less than 120 miles on it - upon delivery of the truck we noticed a few issues that required repair. It is now March 30th, 2015 and the truck is still at their service department because every time they fix one issue, they create more issues; including but not limited to having to pull off all four doors and repaint them because they damaged the paint. We have had to hire an attorney and contact General Motors corporate office just to get someone from the dealership or service department to give us an update.

We were in no rush to get a new car. I had seen the Buick Encore a couple of times around town and loved the sleek look and design. We stopped by our local Jerry Seiner dealership in NSL and John Cline wowed us with the initial overview of the car. I was never aware of all the safety features the Encore included. I decided to look around at other crossovers to compare and the Encore continued to be my top pick. When we came back to Jerry Seiner, John Cline and Michael Stucki did not come off like "typical" car salesmen. After the handful of dealerships we visited during our car hunt, we didn't feel rushed or pressured to walk away with a vehicle at the NSL Jerry Seiner. John and Michael were very professional, friendly, easy to work with and answered all our questions. I couldn't be happier with my choice to drive home with my new Buick Encore. All the employees at NSL Jerry Seiner were amazing. Thank you!
