I have had my dogs coming here for years. They love coming here, everytime they get home so they are tired and ready to go back again.

The owner of coddled critters has been terrible to work with. She makes commitments that she does not intend to keep. Don't let your kids work for her. They will not be paid for the work they do, and you will never be able to get it worked out

We went to Coddled Critters after a mediocre experience at Ruffledale, & I'm so glad we did! The facility is HUGE, I love that they have the webcam, & the staff seem to be very genuinely caring about your pet! Not only did we board him there while we had to go on a trip, now we take him back for day care, just because! I'm super grateful & appreciative that we found Coddled Critters, & recommend them very highly!

I would not use this Coddled Critters, the Owners are Very Rude. Stay Away!

This is the best and cleanest boarding and daycare facility I have ever been to. The owner and staff are fantastic. My dog loves going to Coddled Critters and playing all day. She is so tired after a day of play. You can tell they really love animals. I can't wait to see their new larger facility. I will never go anywhere else.

Okay place, but doesn't have much respect when it comes to paying $ owed to one of the staff...

I have been taking my dog there for daycare (3+ times a week) for almost a year, as well as occasional boarding. He loves it, and is always excited to go. The hours are so much better than other daycares I have taken him to in the past. The facility is HUGE, and VERY clean (unlike other facilities). At other daycares my dog picked up bad habits, but at Coddled Critters he actually learned good habits! I couldn't be happier. The prices are very comparable to other daycares, but the service, staff, and facility are far beyond their competitors. The webcams are nice, the kitty facilities are awesome, and I love their groomer. I stumbled upon this place when I was unhappy at another doggy daycare-and I am so grateful I did.

We started taking our dog Rocky to Coddled Critters in March of 2010 and have had a positive experience every time! Rocky LOVES to go to doggie day care, and we love being able to watch him have fun and being taken care of on the webcam. We have also taken advantage of the grooming services--they do an excellent job! It is obvious that the staff at Coddled Critters loves animals.

We love taking our pet to Coddled Critters. The owner and staff are great and the place is fabulous! Not only do they take great care of our pet, the grooming is great and she has so much fun going to day care and playing. She comes exhausted. We have gone to other places, where our puppy did not have interaction with the staff, this is not the case here. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The web cam is an added bonus, we are able to watch our pet while we are at work or on vacation. Very accommodating.

Our little dog loves coddled critters. We have had nothing but a positive experience with the owner and all the staff. They welcome my dog by name and he is so excited when he gets there, he doesn't want to leave.The grooming is fabulous, he looks great every time he is groomed.I recommend this place to everyone, would never go anywhere else.

The facility and employees were good, no complaints. When we initially visited this business prior to boarding I asked if I could use the day care coupon for boarding from the Home Values coupon book. I was assured that I could. By telephone I confirmed that fact and was told that doggy day care was a part of the boarding. After our vacation seven days later I picked up my dog with the 20% coupon in hand and was told firmly by the owner that it would not be accepted. A good experience was soured by the owner's unwillingness to stand by her employee's statements. Have this business print an estimate for their services before you leave your dog! This was a disappointing end to what would have been a fairly positive experience.
