I lost my daughter's pediatrician due to an insurance change. it was devastating she was amazing and I searched months for a new pediatrician for her. I finally heard of Dr. Dalencour and made an appointment. she is amazing with my daughter and now My son. she has been a blessing and always responsive to my questions and concerns. the nurses are all wonderful and welcoming. I can't say enough about my experiences there.

My husband and I as well as my children see Dr Palma at Westshore Primary. We find the Dr as well as the staff very unresponsive and borderline rude.We have had medical calls ignored. My one child had test done and it was 3 weeks before we recieved the results and only after repeated calls asking for them. We assume it is because we have Wellcare (Healthy Start state insurance). The seem to treat anyone with this insurance as second rate clients. I assume they dont realize that there are people on this insurance that are NOT welfare recipients . Why do they take the insurance if they are going to be so obviously judgemental.
