First time to use them, wont use them again. Poor customer service and problems in the repair.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was rear ended and it took them 8 weeks to fix my car only to get back a car that had a shotty paint job and they did not even replace the back taillights or the wiper blade that had all been damaged in the collision. After further inspection we realized none of the back lights even worked. I am very disappointed in the service.

I was rear-ended in my Rav4, and the spare tire cover on the back was pushed in at the bottom, causing a gap at the top. The rear door was buckled, and the bumper was scraped. I was told this would be a 2-3 day job. It took 8 days. When I saw the car, I could immediately tell that they had not fixed the bracket holding the spare tire. It was still slanted. They kind of straightened out the back door, but I can still fit my fingers in the gaps at the bottom. They buffed the spare tire cover, but now it has scrapes on the edges that it didn't have before. They removed the bumper to paint it, and re-installed it. The paint wasn't blended, so it doesn't match. The frame is bent in the center of the rear. That was not repaired. It looks worse than it did when I I took it to them. I'm having a really hard time figuring out what exactly they think they repaired, how that was $1000 worth of work, and why it took 8 days for them to pretty much just paint a bumper. Completely unprofessional.
