Employment with RGM:

So going in there, they tell you "15 demos a week equates to $400 a week, even if you sell. If you make more than $400 a week by making sales, then you get the greater amount. If you make 14 demos, you get NOTHING". So you'd be working for free at that point. When you get in there:

1) They reveal that they don't guarantee you 15 demos, so it's possible that you work all week and make nothing.

2)If you happen to sell a vacuum cleaner and its on financing be prepared to walk home with around $25-$50 for that week regardless if you've done your demos. HOWEVER, they have a habit of holding on to unsigned paperwork, claiming that the sale is not final, and they won't release your check. So basically, be prepared to be screwed.

They claim it makes alot of money, but I don't see anyone raising their family on that.

Reuben is cheap and hard to get a hold of.

But, anyone who can sell a $2400 (Yes, $2,400) vacuum, can bullshit a job to anyone. Horrible company.

Love this place! Went to them the first time to fix my machine awesome job and quick. Since then I have been back several times for parts and they always help me find the right bags and belts. Very helpful and reasonably priced! Highly recommend this place!
