If I could rate less than ZERO I would. Their customer service supervisor has a horrible attitude and does nothing to help, but does a great job of talking over you and accusing you of being the problem. I received a voice mail from the tech who said he would be out about hour and a half later and then received another voice mail within 5 minutes of the tech's from the supervisor Geraldine who left an angry sounding and accusatory voice mail stating that since no one was answering the phone she was sending the tech on to another service call. I immediately called the main number only be transferred 4 times to get this horrible person on the line who immediately starting arguing with me. When I asked to speak to someone over her she stated there was no one and no one at their company will provide me with a name, email or phone number for an owner. Beware of working with this company.
