Great customer service! Helped me from the moment I walked into the store until I drove away. My vehicle was even loaded for me.

Horrible customer service...wasting half a day to purchase and load tile...this should take 1hr not 4. No sense of urgency...from now if Arlington doesnt have it in stock ill wait cause they can get it done right. NRH F&D is a waste of time.

Terrible experience I ever have received. I purchased $1800.00 worth of tiles yesterday 10-24-2015. I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes to see my order, and yet the folklift guy who looks like about 30sh year old asked me that I am the one going to load tiles into my SUV van because he can’t do it. I am 60 years old Asian woman. He said he will send helper out to load tiles in my van and went back into the warehouse. I didn’t see anyone for another 30 minutes, and one of folklift guy who is about my age saw me and he helped me after he finished his customer. I felt so bad I needed these tiles, otherwise I returned them!! I don’t remember I ever was treated this bad…….. Someone told me that because I am not a white race person…… Well, for this case, I had to believe it…. Will not go back to this place again, and will tell all people I know THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!!! I feel the same as the comments below, "I couldn't give lower than one start - I would have given negative stars if I could!"

Terrible service! My husband and I visited the NRH Floor and Decor on Mon 7/20/15 around 6:45pm. The parking lot was almost empty - around 6 cars. We found the product we were interested in and waited and waited for help. Finally we went to the register and an extremely frazzled lady asked what we "were waiting for". We said we had some questions on a product. The frazzled lady apologized and went on and on about how she should've left two hours ago and was on overtime. After one question we determined they didn't have exactly what we wanted. I was asking one further question and wa told "hang on honey" them the frazzled lady turned her back and started talking to two men working with a fork lift. These two men kept telling her to "stand back and not now" because they were moving pallets. The frazzled lady kept saying to them "yeah but".:. It was then my husband and I looked at each other and left the store. To be cut off in mid sentence and ignored was the last straw. I am replacing flooring in my entire house. Too bad Floor and Decor didn't have what I wanted for my kitchen. I'll never know if they have what I want for the other rooms because I will never go back to a Floor and Decor store. I couldn't give lower than one star - I would have given negative stars if I could!
