I’d give them more stars than five if I could. We’ve used them the past few years maintaining the original door that was on its last leg. Recently we decided to replace everything with brand new equipment. The owner/manager returned every call or text quickly, and he was patient even though we changed our minds several times. And he was very reasonable on his pricing. Their workers were punctual and professional. They are one of my favorite services to use and recommend because they work hard to exceed expectations.

Excellent Experience with FCD! I called early evening on a Sunday and was told the technician would be there within 2 hours. He was there in an hour, showed us what was wrong, and then made the repairs. Price was lower than we expected, and Zack (the tech) was professional, polite, and took time to explain what happened with the door. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work.

Yesterday I came home from work and accidently backed in to my garage door that hadn't fully retracted. Needless to say I was upset that i had damaged my garage door. Within two hours of the accident, Louis Elder from FDC was at my house and had the garage door fixed and working better than it did before. I am so impressed with Louis' work and the professionalism shown by FDC. This is the kind of excellent customer service and attention to detail that will keep FDC as one of my "go to" service providers. I'd rate them six stars if I could.

I asked FCD to look at our iron gate that stopped working. They were on time and gave us free estimate. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He said the arm was bent and needed to be replaced. He and his assistant got it done in less than an hour. Now my gate works smoothly. We'd recommend FCD to anyone.

Called Family Christian Doors at 5pm. My garage door was fixed that evening. Louis was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I will always use FCD's for any of my gate and garage needs in the future.

I contacted Family Christian Doors for a broken spring repair via email. They responded immediately and Lewis showed up within less then 1 hour to do the repair. The overall service was exceptional. Lewis was knowledgeable and explained everything upfront and answered all my questions before work began. I was impressed by the professionalism displayed and the attention to detail. I will recommend Family Christian Doors to family and friends.

I had FCD come out to replace my 25 year old iron gate opener. I was so impressed with the service and excellent job done. John came out one day to estimate the repairs and I had a new working gate two days later. Wonderful people and excellent repair. I would recommend this company for any repairs. Very knowledgeable, honest and fast.

Just have to say the customer service and quick installation blew me away. My garage door broke late Sat night and thats my usual way in and out of my house. I was a little frantic thinking it being the weekend and on a sunday morning no one would help. I called Family Christian Doors an spoke with a nice young man (I believe his name was Phil), He was extremely pleasant and arranged everything for me. Not short after Phil sent a technician (Jasin) out to my house. Jasin also was very friendly and explained everything to me before he proceeded. Im pleased to say i now have a working Garage door and in a few weeks will hopefully arrange for those gentlemen to help me with my other door. I greatly appreciate the feeling like they really cared and making sure i was taken care of. I will be recommending their service to others in the future.

We needed to have our fence at front of our house replaced. We called three other companies, but settled on Family Christian Doors, after getting a fair quote from John Robinson. Our fence was done today and looks great. We will be calling John again this spring to have a deck built.

I've been having garage door problems since I moved in, and last week I was trapped in my garage when the door wouldn't open. I called Family Christian Doors and have someone out in about 2 hours. It was after five when a new opener was installed and I met a wonderful young man named Micah who did a great job. He was very pleasant to talked to, and was patient in showing me things with my door and making recommendations. I was just so happy to have the problem taken care of once and for all! Was a pleasure speaking with Tony in the office as well. I own a small business in real estate investing and I think I've found my "garage door people"! THANKS SO MUCH!! Pam

Very kind and polite. Great service! I had installed a new opener and could not figure out why it was not working properly. Chase came out on a Saturday and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed the problem and made a few adjustments at no charge! Awesome company!

Bryon fixed our garage door and was fast, efficient and friendly. Came out the same day we called and had my garage door working in less than an hour! What a wonderful Christian man & company!!!

Think hard before using this place! I asked for an estimate and wanted a phone call letting me know what was wrong. Instead whoever came out to look at my garage door fiddled around for a few minutes and then asked my roommate for $140 for 10 minutes worth of work. The receipt said I had a 30 day warranty on it and 45 days later my door began doing the same thing all over again. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Makes me furious and I don't have anything positive to say about this place. NO stars from me, but the review won't let me post without at least one.

I want to thank you so much for sending Brent to help us out. While being able to get your car out of the garage is not truly an emergency, I appreciate that it was treated as such. Calling on Sunday night, I figured a didn't want to make someone come out on Sunday, but when they heard my schedule for Monday, they immediately put me in contact with Brent to work out the schedule. He was there in time for me to make my three carpools and worked at my home while I was running back and forth. It was great to have a level of trust that after a few moments of conversation, I knew my home was safe when I left. This company lives up to their Christian claim and it is obvious in the attitude and conversations with their service team. I pray that God will bless your company and the men who are setting such an example in the service industry. He was finished before I finished my carpools!

Came home from walking the dogs this morning and upon closing the garage door heard an unfortunate pop. The springs broke and the bracket came out of the wall a bit. I didn't know who to call so off course I googled, read all the reviews and the bbb rating and decided on Family Christian Doors. Can't say enough nice things. So efficient, fair and kind all the way around. If you've got a problem with your garage doors don't hesitate to call these guys. The same day service didn't hurt either. So great!

They are honest and trustworthy. Ryan from Christian Family Doors just left our home after fixing our garage door. I am impressed with his professionalism, and especially his honesty. The double car garage door resembled a wet towel hanging over a towel rack. It was half way down the rails when the top half of the door came off the rails. I called CFD at 9:30 am, and Ryan showed up, fixed it, tuned, and left our home 2 hours later at 11:38 am. The wonderful part is the price. CFD was $75 - $110 less then what I was quoted.
