I had to buy spot remover I bought the Evans brand it worked better then anyone I have used before. I now buying more , something you can use on a lot of of things. And for pet stains came out great.

Was very impressed with the sales representive's knowledge and people's skill when demonstrating the RICCAR I ended up buying. Really impressed with its ability to pick up cat litter off tile and wood floors when I got home with it. Have always had problems with that before, so very pleased with it especially after finishing the carpets as well. Great experience and vacuum cleaner. Love it!!! Richard Troll in Bedford,TX

Plesant, helpfull, very knowledgable. The buying experience was very good. (except that I bought more sweeper than I probably need.) I felt comfortable accepting the opinions offered by the two experienced people--saleslady and shop leader.

We just bought our first Riccar Radiance. It had all the features we were looking for and we are looking forward to using it. Dino was very informative about the vacuum and the services Evans offers. He wasn't a high pressure salesman and gave us time to consider our decision. Good experience all around.

Sales person was very helpful. We were shown several different vaccums available and the positive and negatives about each unit. We choose the one that best suited our needs. We will be back again. 5/16/11

My entire family has used this location for years. And it did have some rough years but for sometime now it has been very helpful and deserves a good report. We take ours in and get honest, good advice. Several times I have let them clean it out and fix it while I waited and there was NO CHARGE! They are very family oriented and kind. I totally trust them and reccomend them to everyone I know!

To whom it may concern, My name is Jon Evans owner of Evans Vacuum, I realized that we had a problem at this location largely due to the complaints we had on the Internet and to the manager about our repair shop. We have since let the repairman go and replaced him with a much more responsible man. I would like to invite anyone who has had a bad experience with us and give us the opportunity to earn your business back. I know we can do better. Thank you for allowing us to be in business for the last 72 years and I hope we can make it to 100. We realize that it will take you to make it happen and we will try extra hard to make it happen. If you should have a less that pleasurable experience in one of my shops I ask you to call me personally at one of our 4 other locations and give me the chance to make it right. Would never use this shop for repairs. My mother took in a hoover upright WindTunnel to be refurbished. When she went to pick up they tried to give her a tank vacumn. After she returned home she realized all the attachments were gone. The owner said she should'nt have brought them in and they were not responsable for lost parts! He did'nt remember the vacumn and when she said it was in the car if he needed to see it he said ok. While the owner and younger man watched my 87 year old mother struggled to bring in the vacumn he still informed her they were not responsable. Not only were all atachments gone the hose was replaced with a shorter one and an extension rod was missing. All this for only $50.00. I'm not even sure if she received the same vacumn she took in but regardless the customer service was horrible. Would not recommend this place and will no longer buy my supplies from a company that treats the elderly in this manner.
