Blue Sky did everything they said they would do. They worked very hard to process our loan quickly and efficiently. They came in a percentage point lower than another company we had been working with for almost 9 months. Not only did they save us money but the whole process only took a few weeks. And, the closing costs were half of the other company. I highly recommend Blue Sky Funding and Caleb Lutsch and his team. Oh, I also want to mention that they stay with you through the process.
